On behalf of our client, one of the world’s leading outsourcing providers of customer experience management, we are looking for positive, flexible and team-oriented individuals to fill in the following position:
Call Centre Agent for Italian language
(Location: Belgrade, Serbia)
- Promptly responding to customer requests via phone, email, chat, letter, or social media
- Managing and resolving customer complaints and reducing possible customer dissatisfaction
- Identifying, researching, and resolving customer issues using all available resources
- Providing personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers
- Generating customer interest in the services or products offered by the company
- Ensuring feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services
- Excellent knowledge of Italian language (C1 level both written and spoken)
- Very good interpersonal skills coupled with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- High level of flexibility and welcoming attitude towards change/improvements
- A persuasive, approachable and friendly telephone manner
- Stress resilient person
- Very good PC skill and good technical knowledge/ interest in technical field
